Discover La Ruta de la Caldera! A route of approximately 30 km that runs through the mountains and trails that surround the Anton Valley, linking several communities and main natural attractions in the area.
The route crosses the four most popular hills of El Valle: La India Dormida, El Cara Iguana, Macano – La Silla, and El Gaital. Click on the names of the trails to learn more about the distance and level of difficulty of each section.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Keep in mind that in rainy seasons (April-December) the trails can be wet and slippery. We suggest keeping an eye on the weather to ensure you are wearing the right equipment (boots or shoes with good traction, waterproof jacket, hat, etc.). Additionally, it is always advisable to hire a guide who can better guide and help you if an accident or inconvenience occurs.
